The information contained in this Report covers the Period from December 1st, 2017 to, and including, November 30th, 2018 (the “Applicable Period”). Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. had no full-time vacancies during the period. As indicated below, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. has developed a list of recruitment sources available for use upon the opening of a job position at the station in order to widely disseminate information regarding job openings to the community. No party or organization requested notification of job openings pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(1)(ii) of 47 C.F.R.
In addition, during of the Applicable Period, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. has engaged in the following non-vacancy specific activities:
1 . Participation in Events Sponsored by Educational Institutions Relating to Careers in Broadcasting
On July 14-17, 2018, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. participated in “College for Kids” at Lake Region State College. 140 grade-school kids from area schools participated in career presentations. Station Manager Curt Teigen did a live broadcast from the event, and explained career opportunities in Radio Broadcasting.
2 .Participation in Career Fairs Sponsored by Community Organizations or Educational Institutions
On September 19th, 2018, Station Manager, Curt Teigen, Sales Manager Roger Mertens, Sales Representative Erin Light and IT manager Jeremy Eisenzimmer participated in the Devils Lake Occupational Fair at Lake Region State College. Each made presentations to groups of students on the different job opportunities in Radio Broacasting to over 350 high school students from around the area.
